Downstream Marketplace is available to business customers and individual contractors. You’ll need a verified email address to complete the sign-up process.
How to Sign Up
You can create an account directly through the mobile app or desktop platform by following these steps:
Mobile App
From Your Profile:
- Download the Downstream Marketplace app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and tap Sign Up.
- Fill out the registration form with your name, email, and password.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
During Checkout:
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Tap Create an Account to save your info for future use.
Desktop App
From the Homepage:
- Go to trydownstream.com.
- Click Sign Up in the upper right corner.
- Complete the registration form with your business details.
- Check your email for a verification link and click to confirm.
During Checkout:
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Click Create an Account to save your details.
What Happens Next?
• After verifying your email, you can browse and rent equipment immediately.
• Access additional features like invoice management and net terms applications.
