Only verified business users and equipment suppliers can inactivate listings on Downstream Marketplace. Ensure your account is verified before proceeding.
How to Inactivate a Listing
If you are out of inventory and need to temporarily remove a listing, follow these steps:
From Company Settings:
- Go to Company Settings > Listings Management > Active Listings.
- Find the listing you want to inactivate.
- Click Edit next to the listing.
- Change the availability status to Inactive or Unavailable.
- Click Save Changes to update your listing.
- Your listing will no longer appear in search results or be available for booking.
What Happens Next?
• Your listing will be immediately removed from public view.
• Any existing bookings will not be affected—your listing will only be unavailable for new reservations.
• You can reactivate your listing anytime by updating its availability status.
